Glandore were approached by an elderly lady wanting to downsize from a large Victorian house but wanting to find a property nearby as she had neighbours that she didn’t want to loose touch with. We offered her the opportunity to stay in a brand new ground floor apartment in the same building she had lived for the past 40 years as well as receiving a significant cash deposit.

Planning was granted to convert her home into 7 apartments with the added bonus of permission for a two storey house in the garden of her end of terrace home.
