Since the completion of our first development, in Fulham in 1995, we have delivered successful projects across the capital. As a privately owned company we have the distinct advantage of being able to act speedily to agree new acquisitions, with the added benefit of immediate access to investment funds.
Developing with distinction
After more than a decade successfully contracting in the building, demolition and utility sectors, Sean McNicholas founded Glandore in 2003 to focus his skills and expertise on property development. Almost 20 years on, he remains at the helm, personally overseeing every project’s progress down to the finest detail.
Our team’s expertise spans developments as diverse as luxurious private residences and innovative apartment buildings, contemporary new builds and characterful conversions, and we are known for delivering buildings of exceptional quality, design and craftsmanship.
Glandore has a proud history of overcoming and delivering high quality solutions on challenging planning applications. This has been successfully proven with the approval of over 250 homes in the last three years.
In addition to our self-funded projects we foster long-term partnerships with land owners and investors helping them to maximise their returns through joint ventures and profit sharing agreements. Our highly experienced team can advise and manage all aspects of the construction and development process.
