Working partnership with a property owner to maximise their return

This development is the perfect example of a property owner working with us.

The site is the old 1930’s Woolworths building on Ealing Broadway that has been occupied by a pawnbroker and a discount variety store for a number of years. Glandore Group worked with the property owner to enhance the value of their site. After a long planning process lead by us permission has now been granted to build 120 apartments with high quality commercial space at street level.

Glandore Group introduced a development partner to fund everything on behalf of the property owner, minimising risk and who, as agreed, purchased the site after permission was granted.
