Joint venture with an investor

Working with a development partner we formed an independent SPV to purchase this builder’s yard in the heart of Hanwell in West London. Being surrounded by residential neighbours meant that great care has been taken to design a development that enhanced the existing streetscape.

Our 50/50 joint venture has been successful in gaining planning permission for a terrace of 9 houses, with each of the investment partners enjoying substantial returns on their investment.
